The Event Host will provide the following services: Get more details

•  Multiple meetings to cover wedding details
•  Personal check list for you and your wedding party
•  Assist with selection and negotiation of professional vendor services
•  Assist with printing (save the date, invitations, stationery, programs, menus and more)
•  Venue map for seating / placement of wedding party, cake table, gift table, DJ, etc.
•  Coordinate all vendors in advance, clarify expectations, coordinate all services
•  Negotiate group room blocks at conveniently located hotels
•  Assist with coordinating and contracting transportation for you and your guests
•  Provide a reception design and layout, and assist and assign seating assignments
•  Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
•  Provide all vendors with their specific timeline for the wedding
•  Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party
•  Gather names and contact information of all the wedding party in case of an emergency
•  Provide personalized chart of the wedding party processional/recessional
•  Distribute a shortened version of the timing of events to your wedding party
•  Set- up items not covered by other vendors (registration table, cake table, favor table etc.)
•  Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards
•  Provide a concise timeline for all the wedding party at the rehearsal
•  Be on-site all day to coordinate vendors and insure correct  set-up
•  Synchronize timing for the wedding party, vendors and guests
•  Provide a timeline for the wedding day, along with a wedding day emergency kit
•  Direct wedding party prior to ceremony, during processional, and during the recessional
•  Direct reception activities against timeline – dances, cake cutting, toast, departure, etc.
•  Manage any challenges or problems that may arise
•  Provide one (1) additional wedding coordinator
•  Supervise removal of all vendor equipment and supplies at the end of the event

In essence, our team will do whatever is necessary to make the day a success. Any additional staffing will be approved prior to execution and will be billed outside this agreement. We will make your guest feel welcome, your event worth talking about, and help you remain stressfree.

30-day Service – SIMPLE KNOT (Month of)

The Event Host will provide the following services:

•  Two (2) face-to-face meetings to cover wedding details
•  Coordinate all vendors in advance, clarify expectations, coordinate all services
•  Provide all vendors with a wedding day timeline
•  Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party
•  Gather names and contact information of all the wedding party in case of an emergency
•  Provide personalized chart of the wedding party processional/recessional.
•  Distribute a shortened version of the timing of events to your wedding party
•  Set- up items not covered by other vendors (registration table, cake table, favor table etc.)
•  Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards

•  Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards
•  Provide a concise timeline for all the wedding party at the rehearsal
